Class Overveiw

These herbal classes are mostly taught by Karla, but some classes will have guest teachers. You can register for the classes at the links below each class description. There are 3 main class locations; Lowell, Newport, Derby. Registration is highly recommended since there are a limited number of seats at each class and registering will guarantee you a seat. If you do not registered still feel free to come and if there is a open seat your welcome to take it. Each class will be $20 cash at the door. Most classes will have a tea and snack to go with the topic. Each class will also have a take home note sheet. There will be 2 workshops in the summer that will not be like the classes, more information will come soon on those.

Tea Class

Learn how to make your own medicinal tea formulas to take control of your health.
Tea is more than just a tasty drink; it can be healing for your body and mind. This class is designed to help you feel confident in making your own tea medicine. We will go over What is it? How to use it? Different ways you can make it? How long is the plant still good to make tea with? How to make it taste good and why that is important? How to dose it? How to make a beneficial tea formula? How to use the energy of tea to balance your health?

Base Plants Class

Learn a basic tool set of plants to help you in all kinds of situations
We are going to talk about 12 plants that I think create a great starting point on and herbal journey. We will discuss plants that help with pain, first aid, circulatory system, joints, weight loss, tight muscles, mood imbalance, auto immune, chronic inflammation, illness, cancer, lymph flow, and nutrient deficiency.
