Initial Consultation

The goal of this appointment is to find out what is going on inside your body. We will talk for about 2 hours. I will ask many personal questions, but only answer what you are comfortable with. Once we schedule the initial consultation I will send you a questionnaire and a consent form for you to fill out. Approximately 1-2 weeks after the visit I will send you a pdf of my findings and recommendations. After you review we can discuss over phone or email what you want as next steps. If you order custom products you will get a client discount.

Follow-up Consultation

This appointment often happens 1 month after the initial consultation and then as frequently as you see fit. The goal of this appointment is to check how things are working for you. We talk for approximately 1 hour about how the herbs make you feel any progress being made or things you may want changed. We often tweak formulas and plans. Not every plant works for every person and the only way to find out what works for you is to try it. Approximately 1 week after this appointment you will receive a revised pdf of recommendations.
